Not as plain as it seems..:)

Dear blog,

Do you know that by drinking  a lot of plain water actually could help you to lose your fats??
Apart from helping you to have better metabolism...
I knew it...but i didnt know that plain water could actually help us to be thinner...:)
The method goes something like this,

Once U wake up from ur sleep,
Apart from reciting the Doa,
U just go grab 500 mL of plain water and drink it...
Remember, once u wake up, which means with ur unbrushed teeth..:)
Some of us might think it is very uncomfortable to swallow anything with our smelly mouth...
But, actually, it have good enzymes within it....
So, just fuel yourselves....


U will have a good start of the day, rehydrate your body after your long sleep and makes you glow from inside...
Plain water is never the same with coffee, milo or any other bicarbonated drink...
We need to drink at least from 8 to 12 glasses of plain water everyday..


 
So, drink!!!

betol!! semua ni ada dalam Al-Quran..bangun pagi,trus minum air..time ni ada bnyak enzim yg bagus..WALAUPUN BUSUK..keh3..
